The phone number is a picture, not a link
On a phone, tapping it does nothing. Someone standing in an inch of water has to memorize it and dial by hand. That's the most expensive thing on the site.

It doesn't fit a phone screen
The layout was built for a desktop monitor, so on a phone the text is tiny and the page slides sideways. Most people looking for a plumber are on their phone.

Nothing says which towns you cover
People check that before they call. If they can't find it in a few seconds, they assume you don't come to them and call the next result.
