Domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions are paid by you directly, so they stay in your name and you're never locked to us. Once we've agreed your quote, you pay through a secure Stripe checkout. The full details are in our terms.

What does it cost, and is it really one price?
Web design starts at $499 for a single page and is quoted as a fixed project price before anything begins. No retainer, no hourly billing. If scope changes mid-project we agree the new price with you in writing first.
Do I own the website when it's finished?
Yes. You get the finished files and they're yours to keep, move, or hand to someone else later. We don't hold your site hostage on our account.
Do you cover the domain and hosting?
No, and that's deliberate. Domain, hosting, and any subscriptions are paid by you directly so they stay in your name. We're happy to deal with your provider on your behalf, or walk you through it yourself.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No — and you shouldn't hand logins to anyone who asks. We never need your Google, social, hosting, or email passwords. We build the site and give you the files. If something needs changing on an account you own, you make the change and we tell you exactly where to click.
How long does it take?
Allow about a week for Foundation after we receive your content. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed turnaround. We agree your delivery date in the quote, including time for your feedback.
What counts as a marketing piece?
Full Overhaul includes up to three static pieces: a social graphic with a caption, a flyer of up to two sides, or a website or email banner. Each includes one design in one agreed size. Printing, video, paid advertising, and additional sizes are not included. We agree the three pieces before work starts.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel before design work starts and you get a full refund. Once work has started we refund the balance minus what's been done. After final files are delivered the sale is final — the revision rounds exist so it doesn't come to that.
Are there things you won't do?
Yes, and we'd rather say so. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue. We don't manage anyone else's accounts, post on your behalf, or touch reviews. And we may turn down a request that's unrealistic for your tier — if something's out of scope we'll say so and quote it separately.
